Obviously it damages the skin to then over the next coming 10 days repair it.
Collagen gives you that plump and can make up for a lack of bones. Just don't count on it. Normies need collagen more than anything as their bones are mediocre.
I recommend this shit to everyone and anyone. Particularly those over 25 and collagen is tougher to produce.
Just don't use Vitamin C serum for the microneedling session, as it has damaging affects. Use hyaluronic acid. It's much better than dermarolling.
Other ways of producing collagen:
- Strength-training
- Red light therapy
- Vitamin C serum (Can be used while on red light daily therapy)
- Clean and wet shaving
- Face massages
- Avoiding smoking
- Eating the right foods. Foods containing anti-oxidants for example.
- And of course microneedling
I'm 29 soon and looking 24/25 right now.
