Has anyone looked into or tried combining microneedling/dermastamping with tretinoin or azelaic acid specifically for making the nose look narrower?
I’ve seen the idea that microneedling could trigger collagen remodeling while tretinoin affects skin turnover/remodeling, and that azelaic acid could reduce inflammation and possibly make the nose look less puffy. I’m wondering if anyone has actually experimented with this combination or found research that relates to reducing the apparent width/thickness of the nose.

Interested in:
- actual long-term experiences and before/afters
- whether the nose looked smaller/narrower after the skin healed
- whether any effect was temporary or lasted
- tretinoin vs azelaic acid for this purpose
- whether combining microneedling with either one seems to make a noticeable difference
- any research on collagen remodeling or changes in nasal soft tissue
- other topical + microneedling combinations people have found interesting
