I live in a small town with a small clinic nearby offering microneedling. I wanted to save up money for co2 lasers but that shit is too expensive, what is the verdict on microneedling? Does it even help

do DIY microneedling instead, i have seen good improvement for my atrophic scarring just doing DIY microneedling alone, u gotta fuck your skin up real good followed by good aftercare though, never pay for microneedling/lasers

i once tried diy miconeedling shit improved my skin quality by a shit ton and got rid of the acne scars i recommend it

got rid of the acne scars
u sure it was actual scarring? like indented scarring?
i mean it can improve but can't "get rid of it" if it's not some really minimal scarring, u need surgeries/fillers for scarring above that level (just rope if severe scarring, that is literally incurable), pretty sure urs was PIE
it really did made mine look better though

hmm i dont remember but i had really bad scars since i used to have really bad breakouts microneedling removed them so yeah

i had really bad scars
u had PIE didn't you :lul: that would go away on it's own regardless of treatments, check picrel that's how actual acne "scarring" looks like

I ain’t got PIE tho, I got proper acne scars. I think I will just save up 2k to go to a well known doctor who does co2 lasers… ig its time to make money now

yeah co2 laser is way effective for deep acnee scars also the after care is pretty brutal but its worth every penny and every second of pain

By ur own microneedling pen. I have noticed minor gains in my skin quality but all my family and friends see huge difference so its good.

use your own derma roller, might work if the alternative is too expensive. lasers are the way to go generally tho
