microneedling for acne scars

i have a dermaroller .5mm i use it for my eyebrows it helped alot i fucking mog now , i have acne scars can i microneedle the spots and apply tretinoin im on a skin bleaching routine so im doing hydroquinone and tretinoin alternate days can i miccroneedle then tret or do i just do a day with only microneedle ? i think my skin can tolerate it but idk if yall got experience w this lmk

dont apply tret right after u puncture ur skin (get a stamp/pen also), but its a good combo for scars but let the skin rest after needling for a few days

Idk id be careful good shi with the bleach I’ve seen people mog just from that alone
