Yes, they’re very similar. Just make sure you get one with needles and not triangular blades. If you clean it with alcohol you won’t get an infection.

derma roller can cause too big micro damage while moving it can micro tear ur skin, derma stamp is definitely better

Get a dermastamp. It's miles better because the roller doesn't enter at a favourable angle and takes more time
