I have the same problem. You need azelaic acid 20%, Tretinoin (i use 0,025) and no hard Skincare Products like BHA or other Peelings.

This is the only correct way if you wanna get rid of PIEs.

Im already using a retinoid which has antibiotics + tret 0,25 n azelaic acid 20%. It isn’t helping alot ive used them for 2 months ive just seen changes but not alot so that’s why im considering microneedling to fix up some area

Did it irritate your skin and did you also have PIE spots
