Yes OP. Buy a Dr. pen Ultima M8 on aliexpress with 16 pin needles (24 and 36 pin cartridges are too crowded and don’t penetrate the skin well.) Should cost you less than $100 for the pen + 12 cartridges which is a year supply. Saves you getting scammed $300 each time at a dermatologist. Also you can find a depth chart for your face by googling it.
