Long term, is it more effective to do lighter and more frequent sessions, or go harder, with bigger depth and therefore waiting longer until the skin recovers for another session?

Which one is more effective?

You could altern both methods and see which is more effective, but i think that an harder session could be better, especially because microneedling stress the skin so doing it frequently could stress it a bit too much and make the skin even worse
