are there a lot of benefits in tracking micros and macros everyday gymwise and lookswise.
 
meh
this is what i try
~2800 cals
~500g carbs
~250g protein
~50g fats
 
Gymwise you should at least know how much protein you’re getting. Otherwise just try eat healthy and you don’t need to get too autistic over micros

Niggas still on natty lifting
even when you are on roids diet is still frking important (that's why i'm asking this since ik natty lifting is just not worth it and i want to hop on in the future)
