how bad is microwaving your food tbh?
I'm reasonably certain it's fine for liquid foods like soups where the microwaves can be absorbed pretty well. it's clearly bad if you can hear crackling sounds when heating meat for example or a low amount of food and you have shitty non-inverter oven so it nukes it with 800W then turns off for a while.
you can even taste the destroyed structure so this is to be avoided at all costs and having an inverter oven can mitigate this significantly by actually modulating the wattage.
how about in general though, does anything happen regardless of how good your oven is or how well you use it?
