FWIW, I do decently well IRL and on dating apps already. I'm here more to get opinions on what is optimal/ideal.

For starters, my mandible is definitely recessed/class II (had braces to try and correct overbite in the past).

I think I'm probably a good candidate for bimax, and might "ascend" from it.

However, since I'm already having success despite the recession, it might make more sense to just go for some combination of genioplasty + buccal fat removal + submental lipo and "hide" it. Jaw surgery costs and recovery just don't really seem worth it at this point in my life, but happy to hear others' opinions as I'm pretty new to this stuff.

If you’re doing well enough already, your camouflage treatment might be the best option.

As long as you aren’t having any recession related health issues.

Looks like SFS. Bimax with CW could ascend you.

Right now ~15%, but I've gotten to ~10% and still had a chubbier lower third. Think it's likely due to the small jaw/SFS the others have mentioned.
