Mid Face area (Nasal Aperture and Maxilla)

how tf do I fix my Nasal aperture and maxillary region near it? my nasal aperture is okay at the top part (nasal bridge is fine) but becomes recessed at the bottom part where the teeth make me look dogmaxxed. plus my zygomatic bones are pretty well developed but the maxilla, especially lower, is pulled back asf along the aperture. Open to hardmaxxes preferably (no surgeries/blackpill pls)
