The evidence in the video shows that all the women are attracted to this guy, and he's not a high-tier normie. He's a muscular mid-tier normie with a good scent (Dior Sauvage) and a beard to cover up his baby face, and he does well with women in real life.
My theory is that a mid-tier normie with a 6-foot-plus height, muscularity, and average facial features effectively equals a high-tier normie in terms of social market value (SMV) just based on the overall package. Obviously, if a high-tier normie also works out, follows proper skincare routines, and gets surgery, he would significantly outshine the gym-maxed mid-tier normie. However, that's not the point. The point is that being muscular at 6 feet tall allows a guy to compensate for a less attractive face.
