Midcycle bloodwork of my Test 500mg + 40mg Anavar cycle

I am running 500mg Test Cyp per week I added anavar 20-30mg ED now.

I did mid cycle blood works and found that my liver is in excellent condition but my E2 is 48 pg/mL.
I have face bloat and some estrogenic side effects like mood swings lol, wanted to reduce them, also I have puberty gyno. I am 22M.

I have 2 options:
1. Reduce Test to 250mg EW and up the anavar to 50mg ED
2. Keep Test 500mg EW and 20mg Anavar ED,

What should I do?

300-350mg of T is enough (depending on your goals)

If you actually have Estrogenic Gyno and other symptoms, slightly up the dosage. But low E REALLY sucks, side effects are honestly worse than high E.

The Anavar is probably making estrogen sides feel worse than your E2 numbers, because Anavar tanks SHBG, which increases free E2. Even if your total E2 isn't high, more of it is free and hitting receptors which leads to more bloat, mood or your gyno.

Here's what I'd do, I'd keep the 500mg Test because this is driving most of your anabolic gains and drop your current Anavar to 20-30mg, but properly dial in the AI, you should increase your AI BASED on your symptoms and blood work. Assuming it's Arimidex, try 0.5mg every other day OR 0.25-0.5mg the days you pin. Retest E2 in 2-4 weeks and try to get around for 30-50 pg/m, or wherever you feel/see the LEAST amount of Estrogenic symptoms.





For the puberty gyno, there's been a bit of research on a SERM called Raloxifene. You can take 60mg everyday or try Nolva 20-40mg everyday for 4-6 weeks. This blocks E2 at the breast receptor without tanking systemic E2. Since you actually have symptoms you can take this to a doctor and get it prescribed.

Yeah I was actually going to recommend that but I removed the other option cause I feel like the first option (the one I over) was better imo.

I recommended lowering Anavar because Anavar tanks SHBG hard, it often drops it pretty dramatically, even at moderate doses like 20-50mg. SHBG is what binds to both testosterone and estrogen in the blood. So when your SHBG crashes, more Free T becomes available, which then has more opportunity to aromatize into free estrogen. So even if your total E2 bloodwork looks okay, your FREE E2 hitting your receptors increases which leads to more bloat, mood swings, gyno sensitivity, etc.

You could try pinning test ED since it minimises test fluctuations and keeps e2 conversion to a minimum or just hop on an ai
