So NCT is probably a soft-tissue thing. I would imagine my orbits are recessed and downturned. Hopefully saddled infra + cantho helps my NCT

It must be, I have pretty bad orbits but PCT and no sclera show (but obviously, very hollow undereyes that match the shape of my orbits)

Yeah my undereyes are also hollow so infra needed. It sucks I think my NCT was random, my brothers have Neutral tilt and my dad. I was just born subhuman with downturned eyes.

I ascend some points just by pulling up my eyelids with my hands

modified lefort 3 is a meme, it doesn't bring nose forward. Lefort 1 with custom implants has made lefort 3 redundant

I think this idea that only certain surgeons will do well is cope

The cuts are all the same, if u tell them the movements in mm beforehand, it should work out the same. Just don't go to someone who has never performed bimax

lol, lefort 1 with implants is more than enough for most people. Lefort 2 is good for asians though, but only available at @RealSurgerymax hardmaxx centre of south east asia in cambodia
