Impossible to say tbh. Depends a lot on development too, so you have to ensure both parents and the offspring have similar developmental conditions. Even then, it's usually the case that certain features are taken from one parent exclusively, for example, most facial features from the mom but maybe height from the dad. So one parent could ruin everything.

Idiots think everyone is genetically meant to have a compact midface and bad maxilla development is the reason they don’t. This isn’t true. As a guy, your nose is likely to longer, as well as your philtrum. This is not a sign your maxilla grew incorrectly. Guys just have longer middle thirds than girls, on average.

Girls are more likely To have compact midfaces as they usually have wide set eyes, short noses, and short philtrums.
