Can a 2-3mm Lip Lift + Corner Lift mask a long midface without major surgery?

Hey guys, I’m trying to figure out if my midface length is excessive, but I'm struggling to calculate my exact Midface Ratio (MFR) accurately. Since invasive jaw surgeries like LeFort or OBO are completely off the table for me, I’m considering a conservative 2-3mm central lip lift combined with a corner lip lift to create a more compact illusion. Will this combo actually yield noticeable results in masking a long midface, and what other less-invasive options (like fillers or specific soft-tissue modifications) should I look into? Thanks!

no your chin to philtrum looks good you would look retarded

Thanks for your interest. Since I wrote this using a translation tool, I didn't quite understand. Does my mid-face length look bad?

your midface isnt even that bad, not worth serious surgery IMO

i would be get an otoplasty, fix your resting eye posture, train neck, grow hair out

you have a tall midface but it harmonizes well with your chin height. if you shortened your philtrum your chin would look disproportionally tall

More thought means a more accurate result.
