Midface implants on top of bimax?

So I'm getting Bimax and I heard it kills the ogee curve, it's pretty pronounced for me and I don't really want to lose it. For this my surgeon recommended implants, I'm not too knowledgeable in that section, I just remember him saying something about bioimplants and some other stuff basically.
Does any of you guys have enough knowledge about implants and how good they are to augment the cheekbones? Are there any other ways to do that (except for fillers since it should be permanent) like idk some type of bonegraft if that's even possible?

Cheekbone osteotomies that are available to the non-deformed (ie zygomatic sandwich osteotomy) pale in comparison to implants; you’d be better off just getting them.
