Hey im 15 years old, and I have a pretty cooked midface, including Infraorbitals, a weak brow ridge, and my eye area is fucked (im asian). I also have pretty low sitting cheekbones.
Although my lower facial third isnt too bad, i want to improve my midface, but i dont really know how.

I am bonesmashing on the infras and cheekbones, however ive heard various opinions about it, as to how safe it is and if it truly has any long term effect.
What do i do? Is surgery my only option for this part of the face? I dont feel like any roids or injection are gonna save me with this problem.

And for my eye area, i have a neutral / slightly positive canthal tilt, and 0 upper eye lid exposure (im asian and have heavy monolid eyes) But i have way too much skin on the upper eye lid, causing it to weigh down and make my eyes look dead and seem like they have a negative tilt.
Is here also surgery my last option? Ive tried some softmaxxes but they are kinda just cope.

well my face is more wide then long, and my midface looks pretty long due to my cheekbones being low set. So like there a blank space between them and my eyes which makes it look long

my midface looks long, as my cheekbones are low set, so id say it leans more to long
you can pull at a upward angle with mse+reverse pull headgear to shorten the distance but at the cost of a open bite. your infras will have more support and your cheekbones will be wider

its okay, thank you, ill get that then. So bonesmashing just isnt worth it
i mean it doesn’t work
the only results your seeing is the swellings so i recommend u bonesmash before u go out

lie to your ortho and say that you cant breathe through your nose, if you tell him "i want to shorten my midface with mse" you wont get it
