Midface ratio question

Clearly midface is very important.
I think I have a little bit long face but not death tier
Im trying to measure it but im getting different ratios

If I take a selfie from 50 cm distance I get around 0.95

If I take a photo with the back of my phone camera with my arm stretched out I get like 0.92

If I take a photo of myself from 3 meter distance I get somewhere closer to 1 ratio

So which one of these would be accurate and is it a good ratio?

I can send photos on dm aswell

One with 3 meter is more accurate. The rest are caused by lens distortion.

1 ratio are ideal.

Ok I see, but why does it still feels like my face is on the longer side? Is the ideal 1 ratio kinda ”long”?

I remeasured the 3 m photo it was 0.985 but good enough still I guess

Is the lens distortion big enough to cause 0.92 ratio?

you can have a compact midface ratio on paper but you'll look long faced nonetheless because of things like ipd and skull affect perceived midface, if you have close set eyes or narrow skull you'll look like you have a long face even with a 1:1 ratio
