Midface ratio

Have been struggling to get a a good measurement of my midface ratio in selfies i usually get between 0,93 and 0’97 and in “long distance selfies” and back camera photos from around 5 to 10 feet i get 1 what should i trust?

6-7 ft. will eliminate all lens distortion. I used to always think my midface was long because I looked like David Schwimmer in selfies, turns out my midface is 0.99 and once I get a lip flip it'll be 1:1
