So some longnosecell can beneficiate it to get to the longish range.

You can only shorten a maxilla untill the cheeks (not including them), which allow us to somehow shorten the lower part of the nose.

They fixed her long chin and narrow face by doing lefort 1 and widening the jaw to give an illusion of shorter face but the midface is indeed the same height. I think MSE+FM or Lefort 3 might be hope

Long face isn't really a bad thing for most people, especially men. The real problem is underdeveloped jaw/midface.

Perfect surgery does the following: Widens the entire maxillary complex while simultaneously vertically shortening it, next CCW and move things forward. This would result in an increase of PFL, and perhaps slight changes in IPD, better nasal breathing, and greater airway, all while achieving a perfect harmonious face. When this surgery exists, then surgery becomes a viable option for properly fixing the face. (non cope)
