There's no full cure for long midface. All we can do is enhance it with CCW surgery,jaw widening,consistent hard mewing,and implants. Some people say facemask works but there isn't too much evidence after 18 years old.Ill be happy to share my results with y'all but it will take at least one year
FM is good for protraction I doubt it’ll result in CCW, MSE is too far back for that. Chew 2 hrs a day with your incisors though people theorize that with weakened sutures it might achieve smth akin to CCW by Putin upward pressure. I doubt mewing will achieve substantial results unless worked virgorously for years (like astrosky) while having naturally weak sutures. There was some talk of N2 implants which would actually achieve CCW but that was from half a decade ago.

It supposed to. I doubt it produces any CCW results on its own at 18+ but combines with weakened maxilla from MSE it might. Browridge results from it are 100% legit, I had 0 (no bone) browridge before I start chewing and now I can feel it and my forehead is less and less round just as I started chewing.

That’s the problem it’s impossible to achieve. It if it was it would fix so many lives as it improves your entire face from under eyes to nose to jaw.
Yes it will. I don’t know if you’ll have the same growth as when chewing with molars but they will grow, my masseter burn more with molars but that might lengthen midface so I’m staying away from it.

the ccw we know is the one most commonly performed with Leforts it only rotates your lower maxilla and may lower gonial at most by like 6 degrees

It is. Bimax with CCW is ideal theres no better alternative so far (unless we can see what Facemask does and there are barely any results)
It doesn't come CLOSE to what happens in the gif though. Even LF3 with ccw (which doesn't exist, you can't do an impaction on the lf3 cut) wouldn't be the same.
6 deggre is still decent on gonial and it would also make ramus be longer and prob make lower third a little more forward
There's still other things that can improve but yeah until that's possible there's no amazing surgery for it

Bimax without CCW is protraction of lower maxilla and jaw and elimination of any recession. Idk if CCW is routinely performed without Lefort 1 but if it is, its a simple rotation of lower maxilla upwards which will give sloped philtrum and lower the gonial.

Tbh if your midface isn’t absurdly long you can look good with it. What I’ve seen from morphs done on myself my midface looks longer primarily cause of short reccesed high set jaw and if I eliminate it with Bimax and implants my proportions would look much better. In the same veil narrow FWHR also makes midface looks longer. You should try to camouflage it.

Note that back of maxilla is vertically shorter in recessed and recession is higly correlated with cranial angle and can even fucked up your forehead, instead of masculine sloped forward growth round curved

It won't make the ramus longer though, won't even change the gonial angle, but it will change the mandibular plane indeed, so kind of a "percieved gonial angle".
My failos are legit all from downward grwoth : lack of undereye support, actually have PCT but droopy eyelids give NCT look, long midface, recessed mandible, lack of facial width. It's funny cause otherwise i've got a decent browridge, good coloring, good hair, very good PFL and IPD. Failed chadlite tbh, life would've been insane otherwise. But true words, can't change shit about the past, very hard to stop dwelling on it though. Gonna get MSE + Bimax w/ CCW I'll look probably decent enough
Tbh I've got only 1mm of gums showing when smiling, it's very mild and probably won't be considered a gummy smile, I've got big teeth and had camouflage orthodontics so maybe that's why

Well honestly I don't think I am either, I'm not a "recessed rat", I don't have my mouth left open or anything like that. But it's all about a few millimeters, just 1mm near my orbitals would suffice, 2 or 3 on my zygos (mse will provide those), if my philtrum was 3 less mm it'd be good, etc etc
I've been hard chewing falim gum since January and my lower third has improved quite a bit
Yeah widening entire face with proper proportions and neckmaxxing alone can boost your look a liittle bit even without CCW Bimax
