Midface volume lose , what can i do ?

In the first pic i was like 12 or 11 years but i was fat my midface had more volume , more under eye support etc
And the second pic this me currently at 18 , since i lose body fat my midface look like that and its horrible. Clear descencion.

What causing this ? What can i do pls ? I think about getting filler in this area
