i think my midface appears really long, is there any way i can fraud s shorter midface or does my midface seem long because of my subhuman philtrum to chin ratio and/or because of my recessed chin

Like @Futurehtn777 said, you midface is fine don’t bother with a lip lift. More can go wrong then right.
