yo my midface is long as shit, i also have cw rotation with no ramus and recessed mandible and infras; but the main thing is midface, i fraud it with my long ass hair covering my forehead, but the moment wind blows, my thin eyebrows and long face gets revealed, any surgery,orthodontic appliance or anything at all for a fix?
