I have decent eye shape and not much UEE, my lips are full ig but the main issue is my midface. in theory surgery with ccw rotation should effect how long my face looks, but what really matters is how my soft tissue reacts, like my tear trough and the folds around my nose. and there aren't much examples of good front profile improvement from trimax
