biggest change

more fructose and sucrose with vitamins and very low amounts of PUFA's, oh and started greasing the groove too, 1 perfect form push up, pull up and leg raise every hour, but making sure i DON'T fatigue

Not gonna argue against it. Might just be what's good for your blood group/what your ancestors ate.
