Might do MSE + FM (17 yr Rice)

I've had TMD for a few years and I want to take care of it now before it gets out of hand. I've heard that MSE + FM could help in fixing it but I'm not fully certain. I've already tried a mouth guard and have had my wisdom teeth removed. I need to decide before I turn 18 in less than 2 months which is when my health insurance runs out. Also bc of my flat rice maxilla, I think the MSE and the FM especially could help aesthetically. Thoughts? My face is also on the wider side so if I do go through with it, IDK if I'd be expanding transversally too far so that I don't look stevemaxxed.

Also curious on how the facemask would affect rice bone structure considering the maxilla is sorta inherently flat.
