Been struggling for 1-2 years and it even delayed my puberty.

Finally might have solved it. Heres what I did:

1. Implemented lots of cardio (HIIT cardio) into my routine.
2 yrs ago i fell for the classic ”cardio kills gains” gymcel propaganda. Well so does not sleeping. Anyways, just don't do low intensity cardio ir extreme distances.

2. Supplements:
  • Magnesium glycinate: 1-2hrs before bed. Too close to bedtime will ruin ur sleep
  • Glycine: 30-60 mins before bed (4-5 g). Promotes gaba and collagen production too.
  • L theanine: 30-60 mins before bed. (400 mg). I need it because i have ADHD but refuse to take my goy medicins. Anyways helps to keep you calm.
  • Hydroxizine (Atarax): 30-60 mins before bed. (12.5 mg). Its 1/4 of my perscribed dose but any higher than that gives me terrible eyebags and NVKES my libido.
  • Melatonin: 30-60 mins before bed. (1 mg). Do not take more than this, it will mess with your deep sleep and 1 gram will replicate your natural production. If u have ADHD, your natural production might be supressed and this dosage will mimic the ideal release.
  • Vitamin D: In countries like sweden, winter sun barely provides any vit d. Thats why u should supplement it at normal recommended doses if u live in the nordics for example.
Other than that just do the normal water things we all know about: Screen habits, circadian rhythm, getting sun. Etc

AND ONE MORE THING, never spend time in your bedroom unless your sleeping. And keep it cool.

Low effort ending cuz i got so sleepy

Try Quviviq (daridoxerant) if you still have insomnia. Its the only orexin receptor antagonist available in sweden. Seems to be very effective and doesnt cause tolerance like other drugs, such as those who promote GABA. Rarely causes any side effects. It works by blocking orexin receptors in your brain. Orexin (also known as hypocretin) is a wakefulness hormone so blockings its receptors basically forces your body to sleep.
