Might have to get some teeth removed

I’m lowk scared asf their gonna have to put a needle in my mouth, just thinking of it makes me feel sick. Doesn’t getting teeth removed also make you uglier? Wtf do I say to my orthodontist my braces are already on and if I don’t get them taken out then the braces won’t work right. What do I do
