Might not get Bimax

My plastic surgeon and dentist said I don’t need Bimax. I have a deviated septum, recessed maxilla, and facial scholiosis. How can I convince my doctors that I need this surgery?

fake saying that you got problems with breathing due to your bones being recessed and your airway being blocked by your recession, say that you need it.

I’m going to get surgery too soon, but sadly it’s just my wisdom teeth.
Will see if i can talk to my maxillofacial surgeon or js my orthodontist to see if i can get an appliance on my top or bottom palate

Dont tell them that your bite is extremely off if it actually isn't. They can spot that you are lying immediately. Even lying about something like a narrow airway and breathing troubles is something they can easily just check. Sometimes its just better to stop coping for a free bimax and make the money to afford one if you really want/need it.

Honestly if you can't worm your way into some sort of free-esque bimax then there is a decent chance that it's not a priority for someone anyways

Obviously there are still cases where someone who does need it is turned down, but there are thousands of dudes now who believe that they totally need bimax despite having normal profiles

Even if I don’t get the Bimax my doctors said that I’ll still get a septoplasty
