did 2 sets of chest press 210lbs for 5 reps
2 sets of pec fly machine 250lbs for 7 reps
and 2 sets of dip machine 280lbs for 6 reps
@Bitchwhipper2 i used to be able to rep 250 on chest press but ldaring has caught up to me and now im paying for it
