Yea, a doctor did it and in the hospital in private. They'll ask you to cough while they feel around the groin area looking for hernia for a few seconds. Everyone in the military has to go through these medical checks. . One of my friend got a female nurse to do it and he got boner the second he entered the room but the nurse was professional about it and said it is fine and normal.
