as in the burning fat shit with calorie in calorie out. He said on a show that if u eat 2k calories of sugar and sweets and fat and ur maintenance is like 2.4k u wll lose fat.

Thats fucking bull shit. Cuz ive been eating in a surplus working out, doing 10-15k steps daily, my weight is going up basically every other day and im only getting leaner.

Mike mentzer did make a lot of good points but honestly working out 3 times a week, eating not much protein, eating basically whatever u want but muh train hard, just sounds like snake oils salesmen.

The only thing hes right about is the importance of carbs and high intensity training. Stop taking shit that retard said as dogma though. it does work in large part, and I do believe in calories to a massive degree, but come on, if u eat 2k calories of fats and sugars u will burn fat? Nah man ur just losing straight muscle, even if u work out every body part that day :lul::lul::lul:

Fat burning comes from a calorie deficit, eating low fat and low sugar, and doing some form of physical activity too. I was eating copius amount of calories, worked out, but I walked lots of steps, i gained muscle and became even more and more shredded.

Each macronutrient does something different

Ur recovery is so insane on cycle it is literally more beneficial to work out MORE. His theory is absolute bullshit, he obviously didnt do what he preached, he just said outlandish shit, like he said here, to probably make money and get attention.
