Mild acne all over body

Can I even stop it from happening? Whenever Im eating at at least maintenance calories level, I have mild acne everywhere above my stomach. What do you think could be the causes? I cant even have a Face cleaning routine besides moisturizing because I already know its something internal. Often when I feel horny all the time, I get acne too
