(1) WHAT ARE MILIAS?
Milia (Milk Spots): Causes & Treatment

VERY IMPORTANT----> sense milias are not acne or pimples accutane or GHKCU or whatever will do absolutely nothing to help them, its either surgery from a doctor or this.

Milia are tiny, harmless white or yellowish cysts that form when dead skin cells (keratin) get trapped under the skin, appearing as small bumps on the face (especially eyelids, nose, cheeks) or body, common in newborns but affecting all ages, and are different from acne; they often resolve on their own but professional extraction or retinoids can help with persistent cases, while preventing them involves good skincare.

(2) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Milia are hard, pearly keratin cysts trapped under the skin, not related to acne, while whiteheads are softer, flesh-colored or white bumps from clogged pores filled with oil (sebum), dead cells, and bacteria. The easy way to know if you have a milia is if you can't pop/break it even with extreme force. this is due to the fact that there is a large layer of skin covering the keratin.

(3) HOW TO ACTUALLY REMOVE A MILIA? -IMPORTANT-
There are 2 main ways of removing the keratin underneath. 1 being by using a very small needle and opening up the skin to allow you to remove the milia. I personally don't like this method of removal for two reasons, firstly it makes you prone for infection if not sterilized correctly, But mainly I personally found that the cyst will just grow back. Therefore we come to solution number 2 which is by using a scrubbing pad. This method is way more invasive but also carries far better results.

(4) HOW TO USE SCRUBBING PADS EFFECTIVELY (this method hurts like hell)

Vaseline 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly 1.75 ...

Since scrubbing pads are a better method of removal I will go in depth into this rather than using needles, also that's kinda self explanatory your literally just poking yourself.

there are multiple brands out there but I recommend OCuSOFT. It has a more ruff texture which makes scrubbing easier, as well as the formula inside having a foaming up effect while your using which helps for ideal administration and more antibacterial ingredients making the chance of infection from the missing layer of skin lower then with regular wipes. ADMINISTRATION: you will want to shower first with warm water to help loosen/soften your skin making the scrubbing easier. Then you essentially just go fucking ham on the area with the Milias. this will hurt a good amount and your skin will be VERY VERY red and swollen after. AFTERCARE: Now to prevent any kind of scarring you will want to properly hydrate the skin with any kind of quality moisturizer about 15 after showering. This will hurt the worst because you are applying the cream to the layer under the skin (because you scrubbed off the outer layer of skin OBVIOUSLY) and finally I like to apply a layer of Vaseline after the moisturizer drys which should feel very good due to its swelling reduction applications and the petroleum jelly. Now just repeat this easy process ever 2 ish days (as soon as your skin around the Milia has healed) until there fully gone.
this guide is pretty simply, due to the fact that it's my first ever post so please let me know what yall think!
muy gracias

So TLDR is just "scrub yourself hard"?
