milia removal treatment soon

i have a moderate to high amount of milia (those small white things that sit on your face which is a build up of keratin) on my face. Which is personally one of my biggest skin failo, and honestly another insecurity of mine. And i have a consultation tomorrow, so i assume ill find out prices, when and what it will be like after. if anyone has had milia removal before pls lmk how it was and what i gotta expect..
