So, why exactly do I think that way?
Let me explain it to you real quick, and say to who it doesn’t apply.
Do not read if:
And if you’re over 24, you’re probably too old
You think you’re gonna be a business owner
Are going to pursue career in high income, college required field (law, medicine etc.)
That’s basically it, other people should read it and take it into consideration.
Let’s start with the most frequent mentioned disadvantage:
“Muh i don’t want to die”
Join special forces - your death will be in way lower risk, ofc if you want to join instantly and you’re heading for the army - you’re worthless fuck for your country, they spent maybe 10k$ on you, but if you’re an SOF operator they spent hundreds of thousands on training you and your equipment, they won’t just let you die, if you do - unlucky.
Second:
“muh military doesn’t pay a lot “
Jfl , they pay for your housing and insurance, they pay for your food if you really want that surgery you’ll save up from it.
You need to sign a contract for 4 years anyways and in that time you’ll earn from 100k up to 200k$, enough for surgery, and you’re free to get out after these 4 years, imagine how much would you earn wageslaving 4 years having to pay for rent and your food.
So if you’re disciplined enough to achieve these surgeries, you will, if you get in at 18, you leave at 22 with enough money for whatever surgery you pick, even multiple.
There are of course downsides to this:
You MAY lose your life
You may get shot in the face/lose arm or leg and your SMV will drastically drop.
You have to be in peak physical shape and be prepared to do shit for your money.
But there are also pros:
People will forget a bit about how you looked before so after you get out you can just say you changed and it’s not surgery
You’ll have cool lore to talk about
Ultimately the decision is yours - if you’re motivated enough you’ll find another way but this is the easy way that requires no thinking.
I hope you’ll all ascend
