I wanna drink raw milk because i heard of it’s height increasing effects but right now i’m at my dad’s and only have 2% reduced fat milk.

Will drinking milk actually boost height, strengthen bones or do anything at all?

Maybe if you are deficient in calcium or something that milk provides, cheese can also be a really good option,
but its really only if you are very deficient don't expect instant results from a good diet

Raw milk requires all the nutrients you need to grow bro. All of the vitamins. It's why babies grow so fast. You need to make sure your stomach isn't sensitive though first bro

It will indeed give your bones the calcium you need to grow. But if you're serious, you can try the raw unpasteurized milk. It will give you the nutrients as a baby

Exactly milk is the optimized growth fuel for all mammals. But I can only drink about 2-3 cups of raw milk per day before I start shitting my pants.

where is your evidence of this? and even if this is true having a high milk diet won't have drastic effects on his height or bone growth anyways because his bones at his age are mostly almost done growing so it doesn't matter

You have no evidence that most of his bones are done growing. You're just hating. My heightmaxxing routine can get him to any height he decides to

Dr. Weston Price proved 50 years ago that processed milk leads to disease & premature death. Nizel of Tufts Uni reported that decayed teeth were 4 times more common in pasturized-milk fed babies as opposed to raw milk fed babies.

Why exactly
Pasteurized milk has up to a 66 percent loss of vitamins A, D and E. Vitamin C loss usually exceeds 50 percent. Heat affects water soluble vitamins and can make them 38 percent to 80 percent less effective. Vitamins B6 and B12 are completely destroyed during pasteurization. Pasteurization also destroys beneficial enzymes, antibodies and hormones. Pasteurization destroys lipase (an enzyme that breaks down fat), which impairs fat metabolism and the ability to properly absorb fat soluble vitamins A and D. (The dairy industry is aware of the diminished vitamin D content in commercial milk, so they fortify it with a form of this vitamin.)
