Confident it won’t do much just trying to optimize my diet as much as possible for growth. If these hormones are growing cattle extremely large it could be good for growing tall and putting on muscle.

Hgh doesnt just sit around in animal blood, and any plant product that you are actively pursuing growth hormones for is gonna be low quality overall

pasteurized milk is better than no milk you need that calcium content 2L a day is ideal then you supplement d3 (if no sunlight) boron magnesium and k2

what you lose from the pasteurization you can get back with kefir or yogurt

I buy hgh off online sources. Crazy expensive tho. Mk doesn’t give much results compared to straight injecting it
