Milk, healthy or not?

Long time ago, I heard on yt, that milk actually would be bad, because it would contain estrogen and raise estrogen levels in men

When I asked my ~6.4 balkanian fitness instructor, he said, that that is something, which is not a 100% proved and we also need a bit estrogen.
He himself drinks milk.

What is your opinion?

And no, I don’t mean raw milk!!!

milk is meant to be what calfs are raised on so it's full of shit that you need so I say js drink it
 
The estrogen-in-milk thing is way overhyped. Yeah, there are trace amounts, but nothing close to affecting your hormone levels unless you're downing buckets a day. Your trainer's right — estrogen isn’t the enemy, we literally need some for proper function. Milk's a solid source of protein, calcium, and overall recovery. Unless you’ve got lactose issues, there’s zero reason to fear it.
