Milk, healthy or not?

Long time ago, I heard on yt, that milk actually would be bad, because it would contain estrogen.

Milk contains estrogen but not enough to turn you into a femboy. Estrogen is not bad, without it your nervous system and heart would stop functioning. Incredibly high levels are what's unhealthy, milk simply won't lead to that.

A1 milk may be unnatural for consumption. Most cows produce this type of milk. But it is possible to find A2 milk producing cows.

Pasteurized milk is worser than fresh farm milk.

Milk has a lot of GH which isn't tailor made for Humans specifically (It's for the baby calf), so perhaps its a bit unnatural.

However, overall Milk is pretty based.
