Raw milk may not be cope?? (If consumed during puberty)

Everybody is saying raw milk wont do shit, but I just noticed that all people who I know that drink raw milk are tall as fuck. Me personally, I've been drinking it for a couple of years, and while my classes avg is 150-170cm (with some as low as 140) I myself am over 185. I know another guy that grew up and still lives in a farm, he drinks a shit ton of raw milk and hes 200cm+ (really young too, he's 14). Also know an 18 year old guy who drinks like 1-2 liters everyday and he's the tallest in his class too. Could raw milk actually be beneficial during puberty or is it just a coincidence?

Won’t raise u past ur genetic limit but will help You reach it, also good for ur immune system if consumed early in ur life.

Raw milk is actually really good but it only shows good results when consumed since a child. Theres this thread i read where it showed the difference between the guts if a short but healthy person and a tall but healthy person. The main difference was that the tall and healthy person had wayyy more bacteria in the gut. One way on how to get more bacteria in the gut is literally raw milk. This isn’t some special pill obv but it is really beneficial when started at a young age and is still really great for teens.

this is for sure true, I wasn't even near the tallest in kindergarten, but after finishing that i started regularily drinking raw milk (before puberty even started) and got a consistent 1cm of height each month, which is still going on
