For me milk is one of the best foods, tons of liquid calories including carbs, proteins, calcium, vitamins.. it is one of the easiest foods to digest for me, zero issues with feeling bad, bloated or gassy on milk. Just one of the easiest feeling foods on my stomach personally. I get if you got milk protein allergies and/or lactose intolerance that it would make you feel bad though.
