70% of people are sort of intolerant and allergic to dairy ( caesin and whey ), persistent exposure will inflame your GI tract and will permanently damange your intestines.

If your part of that lucky 30% who can eat and easily digest dairy then good for you, it's harmful for majority of us tho.

Vegan and meat is superior anyway, vegan food almost never causes any GI issues ever.
