No growth hormones left in refrigerated raw milk but at least there's plenty of fatty stem cells and other factors.
Even countries that drink refrigerated raw milk grow tall like the Netherlands and Bosnia. So it's still beneficial.
Only a few will be satiated off refrigerated raw milk only. But it CAN happen.
