Millimeters away from happiness... is this achievable?

I'm 16, almost 17. I know I can't change my nose naturally yes. But I turn 18 in one year, and I'm probably gonna get rhinoplasty. But else than that. Is this achievable? I'm literally so disgusted with my looks, and I envy every good looking guy in school.
