I doubt making AMAs is incredibly time consuming mate

You can't you need to work. Create compounding for yourself for life. Millionaire does not mean never work again

Need to figure out yourself. Not working = basically impossible unless you're turbo trustfundmaxxed. Even then, you're wasting optionality. Why not become amazing at something, and reap the rewards. 1 life.

I'm no joke. Not putting serious because it's 2026 and people need lifefuel.

My character is designed for max traction. But I still engage in useful conversations with non trolls.

No. Find what you're good at and pursue ways to get into a career that pays for your talent. Then master your personal finance. Think of money as capital to deploy. If it's not compounding you, it's junk.

Money isn't a lifestyle stipend. It's precious capital to grow. If you look at it the former way, you're living in pseudo-communism (i.e., Copetown, USA)

What’s your main source of money
Salary, bonus and occasional trades that hit home runs (only once every few years, inconsequential compared to main income).

How to cope with the fact that if my parents had invested JUST 10k in the year I was born, it would give more than my salary in income now?

Everything is pointless except generational wealth, we are begging for scraps, it’s over.

how much part did luck play?
Depends how you look at it. Spawn point + family, network etc.. probably above average.

Luck has gone against me too. Adapting is the main problem people have that keeps them stagnant. So in a macro sense, luck helped somewhat with the fact I had support and didn't start from 0.

But it's up to you at the end of the day. I have had major setbacks and things outside of my control that fucked me over in the past.

Forget it completely.

I have old emails with BTC and ETH wallets from 2017 (when btc was $1-2k) that were drained at the time through shitcoin trading. If I had held, I'd be in a different position.

You need to stop thinking about generational wealth and think about whether your profession is competitive and compensated with aligned incentives; or swallow the blackpill that maybe your salary is capped regardless of what you do within your situation, and the only way (the LITERAL LITERAL only way) to change is with structural upheaval and risking the unknown.

I don't think you would go homeless trying to find a convex career path. The coldest truth is that staying put will ruin you. Money is not important when structural stagnation is the silent killer. What's more important, changing your life for the better, now. Or keeping yourself arbitrarily liquid, now; while cementing your future identity as something you feel misaligned with?

Not at all because I don't tell people in real life. The last thing I'd do is say "I'm a millionaire to someone".

I just have some friends. I'm not out looking for expedience.

How do I cope that my life is worth less than an average 3 bedroom terraced house in terms of economic output? We are all just surplus now, fighting over what little is left.

I am certainly not considering to stay put because that’s certain failure. It does not make sense on any level. It’s fine while I’m waiting to finish paying off genetic debt by surgery because I have nothing else to do and any “fresh starts” need to not be disrupted by the social faux pas of having cosmetic surgery anyway.

I had to do a 5 year degree just to get into this shitty career as well. The opportunity cost from trying to pivot into a completely new field at 32 is colossal. I’m well aware I have no monetisable skills. Nobody just pivots into something completely new to them and starts making 6 figures in a year. And if they did, it’s 0.01% survivor bias. Success takes hard work over a long time and compounds.

I no longer have time for compounding. I’m 32. By the time I made any meaningful progress on a pivot I’ll be completely past it SMV-wise and it’s all irrelevant then anyway - might as well just rot and play games. I’m not a materialist, “stuff” won’t make me happy.
