welcome back to another water thread

walking in of itself is very benefical, it reduces cortisol and is a good form of cardio that you can do everyday, you should aim to get ATLEAST 10k steps a day.
however walking in nature is much better than walking in urban areas.

Walking in a forest environment decreased mean cortisol concentration from 9.70 to 8.37 nmol/L,
Whereas walking in an urban environment barely changed mean cortisol concentration, from 10.28 to 10.01 nmol/L:

in addition to this, walkingin urban areas full of pollution, smoking, crowded areas, loud noises, are very annoying and also can stress you out and become bad for ur health

studies also showed that adolencents who interacted with nature more had better pychological wellbeing then those who didnt

Spending time in nature will also allow you to have the chance to build good survival skills in case of an emergency.

i'm sure going on walks is good for mental health, not sure about much else though
